The count today...
One dead baby cowbird (Blue, or Browning) and one still kickin' (Red, or Angelou). Green...or maybe it'd be Blue #2, aka cummings, should hatch today. Let's hope for no more deaths!>_< *keeps fingers crossed*
...I kinda want somebody (*ahem*) if she has time and is so inclined, to draw a Nemesis and Thanatos piccie, because I suck at drawing them and...references would be cool.^_^;
**EDIT** The bird due to hatch today hatched but didn't have a yolk sac, so it's likely to die very soon.*sad* We've put it in the Hova-bator and tried feeding it, but I don't think anyone's keeping their hopes up. It feels kinda cruel to give a bird who won't live very long a name, so I guess I'll save cummings for the next one. This will just be bird-in-a-shell, or something like that.^^;
And we should have a moment of silence for poor Browning, who apparently died of suffocation because it was too humid in the Hova-bator.@_@ **END EDIT**

Nature. And dial-up connections.
Spent the morning (from 7-11) looking at cowbirds. Noted two copulations. RAWK, yeah! <--no idea where that's coming from.
But weirdness aside, am inordinately proud of self. Apparently we were not supposed to spend four hours in the aviaries (I thought something was fishy with that), and there was some miscommunication going on between the profs, but it's all good.^^;
And now, back to that fun DART BOARD I noticed hanging by the fireplace!XD I'll make a marksman out of me yet!
